In America, 1 in 5 children struggles with hunger. That's why Citi is partnering with the No Kid Hungry campaign to help raise funds to give kids the healthy food they need. As part of this campaign, we invite you to join Chef Jody Adams for an elegant, one-of-a-kind culinary charity experience to help end childhood hunger. Chef Adams is a James Beard Foundation Award® winner, a Top Chef Masters star, and has been named "Humanitarian of the Year" by Share Our Strength. Since 1988, No Kid Hungry has raised over 98 million dollars for the cause, and Chef Adams has been an important part of these special charity dinners for over 20 years.
At the event, you will enjoy a special cocktail reception with passed hors d'oeuvres, unique food, travel and lifestyle auctions and a multi-course seated dinner, curated by Host Chef Adams, as well as Guest Chefs Andy Husbands and Michael Scelfo. Chef Adams is a visionary behind two of Massachusetts's most well-known restaurants: Rialto and TRADE. Known as much for her humility and warmth as for her culinary skills, Food & Wine Magazine's "Best New Chef" Jody Adams is equally inspired by – and versatile in – cooking with local New England and regional Italian ingredients. A globetrotter by nature, sources locally, and travels throughout the world frequently researching flavor combinations that then lead to her signature bold creations. Each one of her courses at this event will be served family style and paired with a glass of wine, specially selected by the guest sommelier of the night.

Chef Chang, like the event's Host Chef Adams, has been an important supporter and vital part of the No Kid Hungry Dinners for years. As the beloved author of another bestselling cookbook Flour and a Harvard math major, trust Chef Chang to come up with the winning formula: minus the sugar equals plus the flavor! With her 60+ recipes, Chef Chang warmly shares her secrets for playing up delicious ingredients and using natural sweeteners such as honey, maple syrup and fruit juice.
