Every night Ginny's Supper Club, downstairs at Red Rooster, serves up food, music, and a seriously good time! Alongside Chef Marcus Samuelsson, Chefs Daniel Boulud and Kfir Ben-Ari are coming together for one night only to kick off the fourth annual Harlem EatUp! Festival and celebrate the taste of Harlem. Guests will enjoy a uniquely curated menu, live entertainment, and a photo opportunity with the admired chefs.


Marcus Samuelsson:
Marcus Samuelsson is the acclaimed chef behind Red Rooster Harlem, Ginny's Supper Club, Streetbird Rotisserie, and Marcus' Bermuda at the Hamilton Princess and Beach Club. A committed philanthropist, and the youngest person to ever receive a three-star review from The New York Times, Samuelsson has won multiple James Beard Foundation Awards including Best Chef: New York City. Samuelsson was also crowned champion of television shows "Top Chef Masters" and "Chopped All Stars", and served as a mentor on ABC's "The Taste".

Daniel Boulud:
Daniel Boulud is Chef-Owner of several award-winning restaurants and the Feast & Fêtes catering company. Boulud's culinary accolades include James Beard Foundation awards for "Outstanding Restaurant," "Outstanding Restaurateur," "Best Chef, New York City" and "Outstanding Chef of the Year." He has been named "Chef of the Year" by the Culinary Institute of America and Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur by the French government.

Kfir Ben-Ari:
Born and raised in Israel, Chef Kfir Ben-Ari found his calling to cuisine at an early age, so when the time came to choose a career the choice was simple. After graduating from the school of Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France, the culinary capital of the world, Kfir came to New York to work for Daniel Boulud. Working with this top chef allowed him to master his French techniques. While running Paradou in the Meatpacking District, he developed new ways of working with fresh produce, creating his own version of modern French cooking. Ten years later, RDV Rendezvous came to life, a dream came true in his own neighborhood, Harlem.


This incredible dining experience starts with a special cocktail reception with passed hors d'oeuvres and the opportunity to meet, mix, mingle and take a photo with the celebrity chefs before they head back to the kitchen to prepare the food. Then, take a seat for a truly unique multi-course menu collaboratively prepared by these incredible chefs. Your meal will be paired with a variety of wines carefully curated by the Bordeaux Wine Council, the Official Wine of Dine In Harlem.
